Younger Leaders

visionSynergy’s Younger Leader Initiative

visionSynergy envisions a world where the default mode of operation for Christians is that of partnership, reflecting the scriptural mandate of being one body. We see a world where Christians who seek to start a project first ask, "Who else is doing this? Might we be able to work together? And do I have the skills necessary to sustain an effective partnership?" Some global changes are providing a unique opportunity for visionSynergy to see this vision come to reality.

About 1/3 of the world’s population is under 18 years old, 1/2 of the world is under 30, and nearly 90% of the world’s children are in developing nations. In our increasingly globalized and interconnected world, these young people typically place a greater value on the idea of partnership, networking, and collaboration than do their predecessors. They have the value, but they need the skills.

visionSynergy is now focusing its efforts on equipping younger leaders, particularly in the majority world, in the practical skills of exploring, forming, and operating effective partnerships. Learn more about what’s happening and how you can help!
