Network Name: Missional International Church Network (MICN)

1. Main Network Focus: A worldwide movement of churches around the world that primarily serve people of various nationalities (expatriates) and church backgrounds living outside their passport (home) countries. Many, but not all, of these congregations are English-speaking and focus on ministry to other English-speaking foreigners living in that country.
2. Founded: 2004.
3. Network Size: International churches from 14 different nations represented. Over 1200 members include ICs and leaders of ICs.

Special Characteristics or Theology of the Network: International churches that are missional in perspective, purpose and practice: (1) a wholistic approach to ministry and mission; (2) international churches as catalysts in Kingdom initiatives; (3) partnership in the task of world mission; (4) networking, equipping, and mentoring of leaders; (5) unity within ethic and theological diversity; (6) reproducible and sustainable ministry models; (7) MICN Leadership Team.
