The Constituencies Every Partnership/Network Has

Every Partnership has at least four different constituencies or "publics" to keep in mind. Each of these constituencies has hopes and expectations. Each has unique communications needs. Acknowledging and being responsive to these constituencies and their expectations strengthens the Partnership's success potential. Ignore them and you court disaster!
